Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to own a product in manufacturing from start to finish.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for production operators to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Investigate and resolve production line-down situations.
• Lead the disposition of Non-Conforming Reports (NCRs).
• Collaborate on the design and optimization of workstation layouts.
