Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a degree in a related technical field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coordinate among internal and external parties for on-time deliveries.
• Experience troubleshooting technical manufacturing issues with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for production issues.
• Investigate and resolve production line issues promptly.
• Lead NCR disposition and guide MRB activities.
• Develop and improve manufacturing work instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor and analyze key production metrics.
