Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Quonset Point, RI. This role involves acting as a liaison between design engineering and production operations, ensuring that complex defense systems are built efficiently, on time, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for real-time problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production flow and quality. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a degree in a related technical field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to coordinate among internal and external parties for on-time deliveries.
• Experience troubleshooting technical manufacturing issues with root cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for production issues.
• Investigate and resolve production line issues promptly.
• Lead NCR disposition and guide MRB activities.
• Develop and improve manufacturing work instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor and analyze key production metrics.
