Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing/engineering experience.
• 3+ years CNC machining or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools (SolidWorks, NX, CREO/ProE).
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDR 2017/745 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements optimized, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Leads project strategies with timelines and risk assessment.
• Implements Lean and Six Sigma tools to reduce defects and cost.
