Responsibilities

• Develops and implements optimized, cost-effective manufacturing processes
• Creates project strategies with timelines and risk assessment
• Implements improvements to production processes and controls
• Collaborates with departments for tooling design and standard work
• Supports PFMEAs, control plans, process flow documents
• Provides design for manufacturing feedback on products
• Leads process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and training
