Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience with machining, assembly, and test operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Improve methods, tooling, equipment, and process controls for safety and efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive productivity and yield improvements.
• Lead root-cause investigations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process qualifications, product validation, inspections, and customer requirements.
