• Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate with other engineering functions to release product improvements and manage manufacturing engineering projects.
• Lead design-for-excellence (DFx) initiatives to estimate and reduce costs and improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and provide recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
• Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results, and assess work methods and policies.
