The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a technical background, strong Lean and Six Sigma experience, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience
• 1–5 years in a manufacturing environment, metal fabrication or machining preferred
• Experience analyzing takt time and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience designing fixtures and tooling for manufacturing
• SolidWorks or similar CAD experience; ERP systems knowledge (Dynamics 365 a plus)

Aufgaben

• Determine operations to produce products meeting quality, cost, and efficiency objectives
• Analyze processes, procedures, tooling, and equipment for capacity and performance
• Develop Lean work cells and material flow improvements
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements generating measurable cost savings
• Provide technical expertise in machining, material flow, and process optimization
