Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and assembly, cellular manufacturing and Demand Flow Technology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and lead continuous improvement events.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and lead organizational initiatives.
• Analyze work samples, establish labor standards, and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Define equipment and tooling design, manage procurement and projects from inception to training.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent technical, scientific or engineering degree
