The role emphasizes collaboration with ME teams, deployment of lean principles, equipment tooling design, and cross‑functional product support with NPI teams, to optimize production and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication and cellular manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and lead continuous improvement/cost reduction events including cross-functional kaizen events.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and assist with larger projects as assigned.
• Frequently serve in a leadership role on organizational initiatives and train for specific projects.
• Apply work measurement techniques to analyze work, establish labor standards, estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs; provide process improvement recommendations.
