Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- 5+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, MS Office and MS Project.
Responsibilities
- Represent manufacturing on new product programs and define production processes.
- Lead cost reduction and kaizen events with cross-functional teams.
- Define equipment/tool designs and manage procurement and installation.
- Develop work instructions and training materials with safety and ergonomics in mind.
