You will drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to production, emphasizing safety, quality, cost, and delivery while enabling continuous improvement and scalable solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience with advanced degrees or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's, or PhD with 3 years.
• Strong experience in manufacturing process development, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead complex engineering projects from concept to production.
• Proficiency with engineering documentation and data analysis tools.
• Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional discussions and align stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Develop and improve manufacturing standards, procedures, and work instructions.
• Create testing and validation methods for new/modified processes.
• Track project performance and manage risks to stay on schedule.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and root-cause analysis for problem solving.
• Lead equipment selection, installation, and process validation.
