You will apply engineering principles across broad assignments, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive quality and regulatory compliance throughout development and production.

The role emphasizes leadership of projects, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring engineers while maintaining a strong focus on process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (or related field).
• 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Certification in Six Sigma (green belt minimum; black belt preferred) and PMP is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and safety requirements across projects.
• Develop new approaches to complex problems and lead projects to advance technology.
• Investigate trends and recommend best practices to the organization.
• Plan and execute engineering projects with significant scope and impact.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
