Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• 0–3 years of experience; candidates with 5+ years may be considered with different criteria.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard engineering techniques under supervision of experienced mentors.
• Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS), safety, environmental, security requirements, and FDA regulations.
• Review procedures and plans prior to implementation; evaluate products and processes for improvements.
• Participate in projects to develop and implement new product and process technologies of moderate complexity.
• Collaborate with others to exchange information and support development as an engineer.
• Embed Quality within the Engineering discipline and support corrective and preventive actions.
