Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III in Rhode Island to apply engineering principles across diverse assignments. You will ensure customer expectations are met, develop innovative approaches, and lead cross-functional projects with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.

You will drive manufacturing excellence, standardize processes, and mentor team members while partnering with sites to optimize production systems and capabilities. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with quality systems and regulatory requirements (QMS, FDA).
• Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to broad assignments and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Develop new approaches to challenging problems and advance technological capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional projects with limited resources and manage stakeholders.
• Plan and execute engineering projects impacting moderate to large programs.
