Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering or production support experience preferred.
• Proven ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with torque-controlled assembly, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and metal‑mechanical processes.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings and process documentation; Lean manufacturing background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to production operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient processes.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues; improve equipment and process performance; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze problems, implement root cause solutions, and document processes.
