Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks a seasoned Lean Manufacturing professional to lead continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, partnering with production, quality, engineering, material handling, and support teams to drive significant performance gains.

You will coach teams in Lean practices, facilitate Kaizen events, and apply structured problem solving to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Build daily management systems and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, Lean implementation, or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and coaching teams in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and PPS improvement initiatives across production and support functions.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Coach leaders and teams in Lean tools and daily management systems.
