Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, Lean, or continuous improvement.
Experience leading Kaizen events and implementing standard work.
Strong Lean knowledge and daily management practices.
Experience with value stream mapping and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead Lean Manufacturing and PPS improvement initiatives across production, quality, engineering, material handling, and support functions.
Analyze processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, ergonomics, and engagement.
Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem-solving to drive measurable results.
Support value stream mapping and future-state planning to improve material and information flow.
Coach leaders in Lean methodologies including Gemba, A3 thinking, PDCA, 5 Whys, and root cause solving.
Establish daily management systems, routine confirmations, and performance tracking.
Implement and support Lean tools like Kanban, pull systems, 5S, mistake‑proofing, SMED, and standard work.
Measure and communicate improvements using safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and lead time metrics.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined execution.
