Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of program leadership or engineering project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and strong communication.
• Strong project planning and ability to manage stakeholders under pressure.
• Interest in recreational vehicles or riding experience.
• This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and manufacturing programs from concept through production.
• Direct programs using PDP and PPS with defined milestones and objectives.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and team assignments across functions.
• Provide technical leadership and root cause analysis for production and field issues.
• Develop manufacturable, cost-effective product and process solutions with suppliers.
• Drive Lean improvements, process optimization, and problem solving.
• Communicate status, risks, and technical recommendations to leadership.
• Support documentation, training, and successful implementation of new products.
