Qualifikationen

• Experience operating CNC machines.
• Manufacturing machine shop background; Polaris experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and driving improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily work direction and prioritize workload within their function(s).
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks, process failures, and training deficiencies.
• Use data-driven problem solving to make fact-based decisions.
• Monitor key metrics to assess safety, quality, engagement, delivery and cost.
• Spend 90% of time on the floor and 10% behind the computer; work on the floor as assigned.
