Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing engineering in a production environment.
• Experience developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manual and automated manufacturing processes for safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Analyze methods, labor utilization, layouts, and production standards to boost efficiency.
• Lead cost-reduction, make-vs-buy studies, and capital equipment planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing to reduce waste.
• Create and maintain process documentation and manufacturing standards.
• Support tooling validation and supplier coordination.
