Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quonset Point, RI, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with an electronic, mechatronic or process background to optimize manufacturing operations for best-in-class quality, reliability, speed, and asset utilization.

The Process Engineer will design production workstations and processes, collaborating across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Business Operations to meet critical timelines and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with complex electrical assemblies.
• Experience with electronics hardware manufacturing processes.
• End-to-end ownership of a product from design to delivery.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems (Oracle/NetSuite).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and 3D CAD data.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, document and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize line layout and materials flow.
• Provide technical guidance to production and liaise with engineering and supply chain.
• Collaborate with Quality to set standards and inspections.
• Organize workshops to generate ideas for complex issues.
• Foster knowledge sharing and a safe manufacturing culture.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
