Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Engineer to lead fabrication, integration, and optimization of cryogenic fluid systems for launch vehicles and test operations. You will translate complex engineering requirements into manufacturable hardware, drive quality controls, and implement best practices for welding and testing under cryogenic conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5+ years of direct manufacturing and manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace domains.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing of fluid systems and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering intent into manufacturable cryogenic fluid systems hardware for test and flight.
• Create manufacturing BOMs and work instructions for precision cryogenic components.
• Provide on‑floor manufacturing support for cryogenic assembly and integration.
• Lead design for manufacturability reviews focused on cryogenic performance.
• Develop manufacturing plans, build durations, index plans, and tool lists for new products.
