Level 3 requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 5+ years or a Master’s with 3+ years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness and ability to perform hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee manufacturing processes based on design requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for assigned products/processes.
• Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate with design engineering on manufacturability issues.
• Evaluate discrepant hardware and troubleshoot processes to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Incorporate engineering changes on work in process.
