Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer 3/4 for the Rocket Center, WV site. On-site role with no remote option, focusing on manufacturing processes, work instructions, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with design engineering to resolve manufacturability issues, evaluate hardware, and implement corrective actions while supporting proposal work and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical/Aerospace Eng with related STEM field.
• Level 3 requires 5 years (or 3 with a Masters).
• Level 4 requires 8 years (or 6 with a Masters).
• Experience interpreting drawings and manufacturing specs.
• Ability to work hands-on in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design engineering on manufacturability issues.
• Evaluate discrepant hardware and processes.
• Research and evaluate tools and equipment for manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot processes to improve safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Incorporate engineering changes on work in process.
