Responsibilities

• Schedule, oversee production, and manufacture products.
• Ensure stock items meet customer demands and produce custom-engineered products.
• Develop and implement production guidelines, metrics, information management, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage material acquisition, subcontractor requirements, and program objectives with IPT.
• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Monitor performance and ensure safety and lean practices across manufacturing processes.
