Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years senior-level finance/accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting dept. design and structure to meet goals.
• Supervise accounting team; provide guidance.
• Develop and implement financial control practices.
• Produce timely financial reports; present to management.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for compliance.
• Manage annual budget and forecasts; report variances.
• Coordinate information for annual audit.
• Monitor debt levels and covenants.
• Oversee financial ops of subsidiaries and foreign entities.
• Manage outsourced financial functions.
• Implement and manage Oracle and other financial systems.
