Leoforce is seeking an experienced Assistant Corporate Controller to lead corporate accounting, financial reporting, compliance and internal controls for a growing manufacturing organization.

This hands-on role partners with the Corporate Controller and senior finance leadership to drive accurate reporting, audits and process improvements while mentoring accounting staff. The ideal candidate will have CPA, 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, ERP exposure, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
• CPA preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting audits and financial compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support all aspects of corporate accounting operations.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Assist with preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support compliance with banking covenants, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Assist with treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Manage insurance administration and annual renewals.
• Support ERP enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with accounting and reporting activities related to joint venture operations.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Partner with finance, operations, and business leaders to improve reporting accuracy.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
