Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Experience with cost, schedule, project leadership, and/or process improvement.
• Experience troubleshooting and developing creative solutions to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities across assigned manufacturing areas and shifts.
• Ensure production schedules are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor daily output, labor utilization, downtime, scrap, quality performance, and other key production metrics.
• Adjust priorities and production plans as needed to address changing demand, equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns.
• Conduct daily production meetings and communicate priorities, performance expectations, and operational updates to supervisors and team members.
