Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Rolling Meadows, IL, is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Analyst to join the Operations Program Management team onsite. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant business or manufacturing work experience; OR a master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; OR 9+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience working on teams and/or projects.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivots and Word) experience.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Operations interface with the Program Office
• Creates, maintains and reports on data for repairs in Rolling Meadows via systems of record (GOLD & SAP)
• Primary driver of execution for repairs and spare buys on numerous sustainment programs in Rolling Meadows, from initial induction through WIP and closeout phases.
• Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential manufacturing problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
• Coordinate with multiple functions, to include Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Program Management and Mission Assurance on all aspects of manufacturing programs.
• Support proposals, production planning, and execution of manufacturing programs, while monitoring and addressing all cost, schedule, performance, and quality issues.
