Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Rolling Meadows, IL, is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Analyst to join the Operations Program Management team onsite. The role interfaces between Manufacturing and Program Management, leading manufacturing planning and readiness for program SOWs and coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.

Candidates should have a related degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience (or a master's with 3+ years) and be able to obtain a Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of manufacturing experience, or master's with 3+ years.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Interface between Manufacturing and Program Management to execute SOW.
• Lead manufacturing planning and readiness for programs.
• Resolve operations conflicts with cross-functional teams.
• Report data for repairs and manage WIP and closeout phases.
• Advise management on work in progress, material availability and potential issues.
