Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Analyst–Level 3 to join our team onsite. You will develop, maintain, and audit quality systems, collaborate with engineering and operations, and lead root cause analysis for product quality issues.

The role requires a U.S. government Secret clearance, a relevant degree with years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Preference for candidates with Lean Six Sigma and ISO9001/AS9100 exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• Experience investigating failures and leading root cause analysis.
• Experience operating in and maintaining Quality Management Systems (ISO9001/AS9100 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality evaluation and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management to ensure quality standards.
• Design and analyze product acceptance processes and perform statistical analyses.
• Audit quality systems for compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement corrective actions with Operations and Engineering.
