Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Analyst – Level 3 for our Space Sector in Chandler, AZ. This role is 100% onsite; relocation assistance is unavailable. You will lead production teams, manage staffing and schedules, and drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets on the factory floor.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience or a Master’s with 3 years, plus experience in process improvement, data analysis, and problem solving. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience OR Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with cost, schedule, project leadership, and/or process improvement.
• Experience troubleshooting and developing creative solutions to meet customer demands

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities across assigned manufacturing areas and shifts.
• Ensure production schedules are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor daily output, labor utilization, downtime, scrap, quality performance, and other key production metrics.
• Adjust priorities and production plans as needed to address changing demand, equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns.
• Conduct daily production meetings and communicate priorities, performance expectations, and operational updates to supervisors and team members.
