Northrop Grumman in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Analyst – Level 3 to join our Space Sector. This 100% onsite role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Operations to ensure materials, products, and documentation meet internal and customer requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with experience (or advanced degrees), the ability to travel up to 25%, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience investigating failures and leading root cause analysis.
• Experience with ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain quality evaluation and control systems for materials and products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Program Management to ensure quality standards.
• Design, audit and improve product acceptance processes and reliability testing.
• Analyze quality data to drive corrective actions and cost improvements.
• Ensure documentation and products meet internal and customer requirements.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to work across organizational levels.
• Support continuous improvement and KPI tracking for quality performance.
