Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command seeks a Supervisory Management Analyst to lead manpower policy and program analysis within the Manpower and Personnel Readiness Directorate of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command.

You will advise senior leaders, coordinate with Fleet and OPNAV, and oversee manpower studies to optimize staffing and resources. You will develop recommendations on manpower utilization, participate in high-level panels, and ensure compliance with DoD/SECNAV guidelines while guiding a team

Qualifications

• Experience with Navy manpower programs (Active/Reserve Military and Civilian).
• Knowledge of Navy manpower systems (TFMMS, NMPBS including IW, BIEE, UMS).
• Familiarity with Manpower Change Requests (MCR) and MPT&E programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide policy, expertise, and technical guidance on manpower issues to subordinate commands and Directors/Chief of Staff.
• Advise and liaison with US Fleet Forces Command, Commander, Pacific Fleet, OPNAV, and other Navy entities on manpower issues.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate managerial policies to optimize manpower utilization.
