US Fleet Cyber Command is seeking a Management Analyst (Manpower) to support the Manpower and Manning Department within the HR division. The role focuses on identifying, validating, and documenting manpower requirements for DoD and Navy systems, and delivering data-driven analyses to inform staffing decisions across FLTCYBERCOM.

Formación

• Experience building the annual manpower Program Objective Memorandum (POM) by gathering input from program experts with differing viewpoints and performing extensive analysis of manpower requirements.
• Experience developing and documenting methodologies utilized to perform analysis of current and future manpower requirements.
• Experience providing expert advisement regarding personnel readiness issues and justifying recommendations with data visualization products.
• Experience compiling data from analysis and databases in order to create graphic representation of manpower/manning data and information.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct studies and assessments to identify, validate, and document manpower requirements in official DoD, U.S. Cyber Command and Navy systems.
• Design, tailor and conduct studies and assessment regarding manpower requirements across Fleet Cyber Command (FLTCYBERCOM).
• Represent the FLTCYBERCOM N1 Director and the N12 Division Head on internal and external working groups addressing manpower issues.
• Submit manpower and personnel changes/updates in relevant DoD, Navy, and other databases at various security levels.
• Facilitate refinement of analytical methodologies and tools to promote efficacy of manpower operations.
• Apply DoD/Navy/ Fleet Forces Command policies and tailor guidelines to manpower responsibilities.
• Administer the Position Management Review Board process and analyze how submissions affect positions and structures.
• Synchronize civilian FTE position tracking with Resource Management and Comptroller to align with budget controls.
• Apply quantitative methods to analyze manpower issues and present data-driven insights.
• Prepare and present status briefings to N1 and N12 on findings and recommendations.
• Provide oversight of data integrity in responding to high-priority requests from senior leaders and DoD/CNO.
