Job summary

A leading defense contractor in the U.S. is looking for a Manpower Senior Analyst to conduct in-depth analysis for the Army. Responsibilities include analyzing civilian manpower data and conducting cost assessments. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a Bachelor's degree. This position requires at least 4 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties.
• Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands.

Responsibilities

• Analyze civilian authorizations and requirements.
• Conduct cost assessments by command.
• Support manpower reviews and track due outs.
