First Citizens Bank is seeking a senior leader for Life Science & Healthcare Banking to manage a complex client portfolio, focusing on C‑suite executives and founders, CEOs, and CFOs. The role includes new business development, cross-selling across treasury, debt financing, and private banking services.

You will build investor and market relationships, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and drive capital solutions discussions with senior stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Commercial banking, venture capital or Relationship Management and industry-specific knowledge in life sciences/healthcare.
• Experience building and maintaining investor relationships and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive strategic discussions with clients on capital solutions.

Responsabilités

• Acquire, orchestrate, and grow client and ecosystem relationships across lending and non‑lending needs.
• Drive new business development and expansion of existing relationships across loans, deposits, and banking services income.
• Originate, advise on, and negotiate financing solutions for SVB Commercial Bank clients.
• Develop strategies to enhance the balance sheet while managing risk.
