Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Commercial banking, venture capital or Relationship Management and industry-specific knowledge in life sciences/healthcare.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, orchestrate, and grow client and ecosystem relationships across lending as well as non-lending financial and operational needs.
- Drive new business development and expansion of existing relationships - develop strategies to improve and grow loans, deposits, and broader banking services income.
- Originate, advise on, and negotiate financing solutions for SVB Commercial Bank clients.
- Develop strategies to improve and grow the balance sheet while managing risk.
