• Lead drafting, negotiation, and interpretation of institutional client contracts and related documents.
• Advise on separately managed accounts, investment funds, and regulatory matters (ERISA, DOL, securities laws).
• Partner with business teams to deliver timely legal guidance supporting client service and growth.
• Mentor and manage the legal team supporting client coverage and distribution efforts across the Americas.
