Morningstar, Inc., based at our global headquarters in Chicago, seeks a seasoned Head of Distribution for U.S. Investment Management to set and execute the go-to-market strategy across advisor channels, national accounts, and strategic partners.

The role leads the Americas distribution, driving revenue, net flow growth, and client outcomes through Morningstar’s investment capabilities and advisory solutions.

Formación

• 15+ years in asset management, investment management or wealth management with significant sales and distribution leadership.
• Proven ability to scale distribution orgs and deliver sustained revenue and net flow growth.
• Deep knowledge of US intermediary and wealth management landscape and key channels.
• Experience launching investment products or capabilities with multi-channel go-to-market strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the U.S. distribution and go-to-market strategy to drive revenue and net asset flow growth.
• Lead and scale the distribution organization with clear segmentation and KPIs.
• Partner with Investments, Product, Marketing to bring new capabilities to market.
• Build a data-driven commercial culture focused on advisor success and client outcomes.
