You will lead the legal team supporting the Client Coverage Group across the United States, Canada and Latin America, handling contracts, guidelines, and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active license to practice law in good standing in the applicable work location or another appropriate U.S. jurisdiction.
• Approximately 12 to 15+ years of relevant investment management legal experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal team supporting institutional distribution and client coverage across the Americas.
• Oversee drafting, review, negotiation, and interpretation of institutional contracts and related documentation.
• Provide legal guidance on separately managed accounts, investment funds, and marketing materials.
• Advise senior leaders on regulatory developments affecting institutional clients (ERISA, DOL, securities laws).
