Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent qualification, with active authorization to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience of 20+ years in legal leadership within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
• Deep knowledge of laws, regulations, and practices affecting global asset managers.
• Proven ability to advise executive teams and boards on complex legal and regulatory matters.
• Experience leading large global teams and developing talent and culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal legal advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on strategy, products, and operations.
• Advise on growth initiatives, partnerships, regulatory matters, and risk.
• Translate complex regulatory developments into practical guidance for business units.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global legal team and governance framework.
• Monitor regulatory developments and engage with regulators and industry bodies.
