Job summary

Fujitsu USA is seeking an Associate Partner for the Physical AI practice. This senior technical owner helps set standards, guides architecture, and oversees complex programs that integrate perception, modeling, and execution.

You will lead client relationships, develop reusable accelerators, and mentor teams. An advanced degree (PhD/MS) and 8+ years in physical AI leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior AI/automation leadership overseeing physical AI programs.
• Delivery of production solutions with measurable outcomes in real environments.
• Advanced degree preferred; deep hands-on experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical owner for Physical AI architecture and delivery.
• Shape technical strategy, reference architectures, and reusable accelerators.
• Lead client engagements and mentor technical teams across projects.
• Drive revenue through delivery excellence and IP development.
