Job summary
Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Sr. Managing Architect to lead a team of SMEs within the Center of Excellence. You will own mission-critical topics, maintain hands-on technical work, and define best practices, reference models and solution methodologies for Dynatrace Customer Success.
You will mentor others, drive asset creation and align with executive priorities. You will oversee customer engagements and pilots, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with R&D, Sales Engineering and other teams
Qualifications
- Technical degree (CS/CE) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years as a consultant or architect on technical, agile teams.
- 2+ years leading technical people with accountability for output.
- Experience with deployment automation tools and scripting.
- Experience with modern cloud technologies and cloud-native design.
Responsibilities
- Lead a focused team of SMEs within the Center of Excellence.
- Write, review and defend technical substance; promote best practices.
- Mentor team members; grow technical depth and manage resources.
- Align with strategic initiatives and support GTM programs.
- Lead customer engagements and pilots; contribute to thought leadership.
