Job summary

Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Center of Excellence Architect to scale platform expertise across the Dynatrace ONE organization. You’ll act as a SME in topics like logs, security and cloud, guiding cross-functional teams and driving enablement assets.

You will lead knowledge transfer, mentor teams, document best practices and own mission-critical topic delivery while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultant/architect experience on technical, agile teams.
• 3+ years using the Dynatrace Platform or similar tools as end-user/admin.
• Experience with deployment automation tools and cloud-native design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Dynatrace ONE, R&D and sales engineering teams.
• Provide SME on mission-critical topics and create scalable assets.
• Lead customer engagements, pilots and governance initiatives.
• Develop best practices, reference models and solution methodologies.
