Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a senior consultant to deliver a broad range of services on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including deployment, training, and long-term managed services. You will train and mentor customers, monitor performance, and support sales opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction.

A hybrid work model with around 25% travel is typical. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in APM/monitoring, 1+ year in .NET/Java, and strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT working experience in APM/monitoring or related

Responsibilities

• Monitor client's critical application performance and availability
• Summarize and review performance trends in operations status meetings
• Assist client staff in troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports for IT and business users
• On-board additional applications for monitoring
• Mentor and train customers on the Dynatrace Platform and Best Practices
• Provide services that grow adoption of the Dynatrace Platform
• Provide regular status updates and project documentation for customer engagements
• Assist sales in identifying new opportunities for product and services at customer sites
• Ensure health of Dynatrace Platform deployments and update software as needed
• Maintain deployment documentation
