Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a senior consultant to deliver services around the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including deployment, training, and long-term managed services. You will represent Dynatrace professionally, act as a product expert, and advise on digital transformation.

Responsibilities include monitoring client performance, updating dashboards, onboarding new applications, and supporting sales with opportunities. Travel is around 25% depending on client engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years IT experience in application performance monitoring or related areas.
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering and OOP.
• 1+ years in .NET or Java development/support/operations.
• 1+ years of web programming: JavaScript, AJAX, etc.
• Experience with J2EE/.NET and databases.
• Strong understanding of distributed and enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, fast-paced team player with drive to deliver results.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client’s critical application performance and availability.
• Summarize and review performance trends in operations status meetings.
• Assist client staff in troubleshooting and root cause diagnosis of performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports for IT and business users.
• On-board additional applications for monitoring and train customers on the Dynatrace Platform.
• Provide services that maintain and grow platform adoption at customer sites.
• Provide regular status updates and project documentation.
• Assist sales in identifying new opportunities at customer sites.
• Ensure health of deployment and update software with service packs.
• Maintain accurate deployment documentation.
