Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a CoE Architect to scale platform expertise across the Dynatrace ONE function. You will own mission critical topics, develop best practices, and drive asset creation while mentoring teams and engaging with customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical engagements, and contribute to thought leadership. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of customer engagements and enablement efforts.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years as a consultant or architect on highly technical, agile teams.
• 3+ years using the Dynatrace Platform or similar tech as end-user/administrator.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Dynatrace ONE, R&D, Sales Engineering and other teams.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on mission critical topics.
• Own deliverables for scaling expertise and driving asset creation.
• Develop, document and promote best practices, reference models and solution methodologies.
• Digest technical resources into concrete strategies and execution plans.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within Dynatrace ONE.
