Job summary
Dynatrace is seeking an Architect for the Center of Excellence to scale platform expertise across Dynatrace ONE. You will own mission critical topics and drive best practices, references, and solutions across customer engagements. The role requires guiding teams, mentoring peers, and promoting knowledge sharing to accelerate adoption and success.
You will collaborate with multiple Dynatrace teams, assess new technologies, and lead pilots while ensuring delivery excellence and customer value.
Qualifications
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience as consultant/architect on technical teams.
- 3+ years experience using Dynatrace Platform or similar tools.
- Experience with deployment automation tools and scripting.
- Willing to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Dynatrace ONE, R&D, Sales Engineering and other tech teams.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise on mission critical topics.
- Own deliverables to scale expertise and drive asset creation.
- Develop, document and promote best practices and reference models.
- Digest technical resources into tangible strategies for customers.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within Dynatrace ONE.
- Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Lead or support customer engagements with the account team.
- Support scaling of expertise to broader teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership assets and activities.
