Job summary

CHANEL is recruiting a Senior Manager to lead the Workforce Technology Solutions team in Piscataway, NJ or New York, NY. You will drive roadmaps, manage internal and external resources, and align timekeeping, scheduling, accruals and payroll integrations across UKG, Workday, and HRIS platforms.

You will partner with HR, Boutique Operations and Payroll to optimize workforce processes, deliver enhancements, and lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles.

Qualifications

7+ years in Workforce Technology, UKG & HRIS environments.
Experience with payroll integrations and HR systems.
Retail industry knowledge and store operations awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional team supporting payroll and scheduling.
Oversee UKG WFM configuration, testing, releases, and production support.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Retail Ops to improve workforce processes.
Drive improvements in payroll accuracy and labor reporting.
Partner with vendors and internal teams on system integrations.
Present updates to senior leadership and steerCo committees.
